Ben Cohen has produced forty pints of a new flavor to support the presidential campaign of Bernie Sanders. The flavor is not produced or endorsed by Ben & Jerry’s Inc., and the extremely limited run is being used for explicitly political purposes. Twenty five of the pints are being raffled off to raise money for the Sanders campaign.
“Nothing is so unstoppable as a flavor whose time has finally come,” says Cohen, who has represented by Bernie for over 30 years, in three offices: Mayor of Burlington, VT (1981-1990), member of the US House of Representatives (1990-2006), and US Senator (2006-).
